We had 850 Clean Crew out to clean some area rugs, chair cushions, indoor sofa & 2 outdoor sofas. The crew was on time, courteous & paid a great deal of attention to their work. We noticed a couple issues after they left and called into the office. Within the next couple days the manager, Ryan, visited our house to review the problems and then returned again to correct those issues. All said, we are extremely happy with the results. Problems happen ... but the follow up was extraordinarily quick. It is clear that Ryan cares a lot about the the quality of the job and acts with urgency to resolve issues. We recommend 850 Clean Crew and will certainly use them again in the future.
